Particle candy review?

Hi guys,
I was wondering for anyone who has tried Particle Candy, performance wise do you think it's a good library?
I noticed that it hasn't been updated for quite awhile (there's no release info on the site) and things has changed so much on the corona regarding optimizing rendering and all.
Just wondering before I make my decision

I agree with Naomi. It is a fantastic library. If you want to see what PC is capable of, just check my app (Space Command) I was actually just scratching the surface! They are so many effects, I just hope I had the time to play with it more. Have fun with it!

Corona should offer it free since they screw everyone on forcing bilinear filtering
I've been happy with Particle Candy. They just released v1.0.26 only a week ago. As far as I can tell, it's definitely up-to-date.
