I am trying to use corona sdk in my windows partition, under vmware fusion, on a mac. I get the error in the title when I try to run the simulator from Corona Project Manager. I don't get the error just starting the corona simulator exe. Any idea why?

Sorry I didn't see this earlier, my "alert system" didn't tell me there was a new post. :(

I haven't seen that problem before. If I can find my Windows 7 disc I'll download the trial version of Fusion and try it out (but I have no idea where that install disc is, actually).

Maybe someone else using Fusion will see this and have an answer...?

Oh, but I guess another question would be, why not just use the Mac version of Corona SDK & CPM? :)

I'm using corona sdk as well and I get the exact same error as you. Tell me if you were able to fix it and if so then what did you do?

Are your project files on the Mac side while you're running CPM/Outlaw on the Windows side?

If so, try moving the project files to the same side as the application and see if that makes a difference.
