no me instala el corona sdk

hola una pregunta muy sensilla pero necesito una respuesta facil y rapida.
aqui esta mi problema

tuve un virus en my computadora y tuve que re-instalar todo de nuevo.. y he instalado corona sdk otra vez pero ahora me dice que tengo que deauthorize...
PORQUE si es la misma PC?
y como puedo aserlo??? alguien me ayude plz...

(i had to format my pc now when i install corona sdk it tells me to deauthorize??? its still same pc whats wrong? how do i do it and why corona does this i need to know !!!200$ its alot of cash tho i need help...to do that and why it does that?(IM NEW THO...)

I think Corona only knows the current Install... not the current PC. It can't tell you reinstalled it on the same PC.
Best way is to email support and ask them to deathorize it.

Carlos can deathorize it for you as he has done for people before:

what is the email support can you tell me ill try all i wasted 200 $ and i want to spend all my time with corona to learn and make games but like this its upsetting...im new so i gess i still need to learn steps to fix problems like this...

Hey mendedk,

If you fill out the form that Jason (WauloK) linked you to someone will be able to deauthorize you so can reauthorize your PC - you'll be authorized again in no tiem.

the problem is this

I have no idea what that form says? i have no clue
why they dont say this problems before we purchase this program
this site needs to have a unique page just for this problems and whats worst im still using the same computer very upsetting
I dont know half of what that form says???
To solve it my self!!!

(deauthorize) can someone tell me why they have that for? for what purpose?

You cannot resolve it yourself. It is impossible.
You need to fill in the SUPPORT form and ask them to deauthorize your account.
That's it. Very simple and easy.

i hear that he can do this stuff Im not sure if he will do it fast enough and finaly i sent the form hope they work on it fast
and Why corona works like that i think i didnt read all the info about corona...
but im new so...
got alot to learn how this program works...

You'll get there!
There's a lof of 'quirks' to Corona you eventually learn once you've been using it. It takes time but it's worth it :)

Hice una búsqueda bajo "mendedk" en el sistema de nuestro depto de Soporte y no pude encontrar ningún caso. Quiero verificar que tu problema de des-autorizar tu Corona ya se solucionó? Si es que todavía no está solucionado, por favor hazme saber el # de caso (Case#) que nuestro equipo de Soporte te dio cuando llenaste el formulario en este sitio:

El número aparece en el título del mensaje entre paréntesis. Por favor también revisa tus mensajes recibidos bajo "Correo basura" (Junk, Spam, etc), que a veces van a parar allá directamente. Si no encuentras este número, y todavía tienes el problema de des-autorizar, favor de entrar otro reporte a través del sitio de soporte mencionado en el párrafo anterior. Una vez que tengas el número, hazme saber para monitorearlo y que te ayuden lo más pronto posible.

Ah no sabía que Carlos ya te lo había resuelto. Carlos es nuestro co-fundador, de Nicaragua, super buena nota.

Para la próxima, la mejor manera de hacernos saber cualquier problema con tu Corona es llenando el formulario bajo nuestro soporte, que ya te expliqué en mi mensaje anterior. Así entra en el sistema y es más fácil monitorear tu caso.

Cualquier otra inquietud, nos haces saber por favor (a través de nuestro equipo de soporte).
